Returns and complaints
Return
A Consumer who has concluded a distance agreement may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without stating a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in point 11.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
To return a Product:
- Secure the Product and place it in a box together with a printed and signed return form (download here). Remember to seal and protect the box against damage during transport.
- Send the parcel to the following address: Loum ul. Szczawińska 2/102A 58-310 Szczawno-Zdrój marked “RETURN”.
- The refund will be made no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel by us.

Complaint
In order to submit a complaint regarding a Product, a complaint letter should be submitted ( download here ):
- via the contact form available in the “Contact” tab;
- in writing to the following address: Loum ul. Szczawieńska 2/102A 58-310 Szczawno-Zdrój.
In the complaint, it is recommended to provide:
- information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect;
- a request concerning the method of bringing the Product into conformity with the Sales Agreement or a statement on price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement;
- contact details, including telephone number and e-mail address, as well as bank account number - this will facilitate and expedite the consideration of the complaint.
The requirements specified in the preceding sentence are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended complaint description.
